Wonder Wagen is pleased to provide a 10-day money back guarantee, If you place the order online only. For offline purchases money back guarantee is not applicable. We encourage you to install and test the devices within 10 days of receiving to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

For all refunds, simply return the product in the original packaging complete with all accessories. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days. Devices must be as originally supplied condition to qualify for the refund.

Warranty

Wonder Wagen provides one year warranty on GSP tracker devices. Faulty or defective GPS tracker devices will be replaced free of charge within these warranty periods. In case of claiming the warranty customer needs to send the device to the Wonder Wagen Operational HQ or Registered Dealers. Installation cost of these replaced devices will be born by the customer and it will depend upon the location of the installation.

Return of damaged or non-operational units

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product or the product doesn't function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for exchange. Please inform us of any order damage within 48 hours of the delivery date at [email protected] This applied to GSP tracker devices only. For accessories, each accessory has its own warranty and return/refund policy. If a device is defective, customer needs to send it back to Wonder Wagen Operational HQ or Registered Dealers, we will ship you a refurbished unit or fresh unit based on the availability. Installation cost of these replaced devices will be born by the customer and it will depend upon the location of the installation.

Wonder Wagen reserves the rights to change the policy and coverage of warranty to respond to market changes.
